Position: Application Developer

Location: Washington, DC 20374
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote possible with approval. Occasional travel to Washington, DC required.

Eligibility Requirement:
This position supports a U.S. federal government program. Candidates must meet all applicable federal eligibility requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain required government clearance.

Job Description:
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications. Create and maintain end-user documentation. Implement changes based on a documented product backlog. Participate in test planning and execution activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Web-based application development

  • JavaScript and HTML (preferred)

  • ServiceNow platform experience (preferred)

  • Agile/Scrum methodology participation

  • Defect resolution and technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of application development experience, OR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
