Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and reliable IT Support Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in Los Angeles, CA. This individual will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related needs at the local office, supporting both end-user devices and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and capable of balancing routine support tasks with special IT projects.
What you’ll be responsible for

Providing end-user hardware and software support for company-issued devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals)

Managing mobile devices and associated service lines

Coordinating with facilities and external vendors during scheduled maintenance or infrastructure-related issues

Logging, escalating, and tracking issues as needed with internal IT stakeholders

Issuing and collecting IT equipment using asset inventory systems

Maintaining accurate records of IT assets

Acting as the onsite IT presence during core hours for real-time troubleshooting

Supporting office moves, pilot programs, and system migrations under project lead direction
Required Experience/Skills

1-2 years of experience in desktop support or IT operations

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software

Experience with asset management and inventory tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with remote IT teams
Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting mobile device management platforms

Previous work with cross-functional teams and vendors in an office/facilities environment
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Pay & Benefits Summary

$23/hour W2
-
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (9am–6pm or 10am–7pm)
