Our remote client in the Northeast is seeking a MEDITECH Expanse BCA Specialist for a 6-month contract starting ASAP.
The position will focus on enhancing the performance, usability, and impact of MEDITECH's Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA) platform.
Responsible for working closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to develop, optimize, and maintain datasets and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Must be able to work 8a - 5p ET as a W2.

The position will focus on enhancing the performance, usability, and impact of MEDITECH's Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA) platform.

Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of advanced experience with MEDITECH Expanse and BCA platform.
- Proficiency in SQL for dataset development and data extraction.
- Experience with MEDITECH Data Repository, Visual Insight or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable BCA dashboards and datasets.
- Design, develop, and optimize BCA dashboards using Visual Insight and SQL-based datasets.
- Perform BCA ETL monitoring, user maintenance, and post-LIVE validation.
- Provide advanced training and support to end users and internal teams on BCA tools and best practices.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of BCA reports and dashboards.
- Participate in data governance and quality assurance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
