Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the migration of mailboxes from multiple external sources to one or more managed Exchange Online tenants
- Assisting in the planning and execution of the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business operations.
- Collaborating with senior engineers, internal teams, and external partners to assess current mailbox configurations and requirements for migration.
- Providing escalation support to end-users during the migration process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Documenting migration procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Exchange Online including migrations
- Experience managing and performing data migrations using Box Shuttle
