Job Title: Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Remote Work (USA) || Travel Expectations - 50% travel within the US (Expenses Paid - Yes) Duration: 12 Months+

Common qualifications:

Technical skills: Strong understanding of specific SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central is often a core requirement) and experience with data migration and reporting tools.
Business acumen: Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Soft skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Certifications: Certifications in key modules like Employee Central can be required or advantageous.
Key responsibilities
Consulting and analysis: Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs.
Configuration and implementation: Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM).
Support and training: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems.
Integration: Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems.
Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals.
Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.
