Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking an experienced Field Services Supervisor to join the team in Perrysburg, OH.

The Field Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the measure and installation department in our Northwest Ohio region. This position will be responsible for the assignment of daily work crews and providing technical assistance and troubleshooting knowledge on project specifics. In this role, the Field Services Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance of installed products.

Qualifications:

Five years of industry experience in cabinetry, countertops building, construction or home remodeling

Three to five years of leadership experience in a field team environment.

Ability to develop and maintain a positive work culture for your team and to build positive relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams

A strong customer service focus

Dedicated to operational excellence

A strong bias for action and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Essential Functions:

Building and managing a highly performing team.

Capture metrics for installation projects and manage work hours for installation teams.

Provide technical experience and be available to troubleshoot installation issues.

Ensure that the shipping of products is on schedule to fulfill orders.

All candidates must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
