Job Title: Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (On-site preferred)
Job Type: Contract

Preferred: Oracle EDQ certification, experience in oil & gas/energy sector is an advantage.
Only candidates eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work in Houston, TX will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data quality solutions using Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) tools.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and standardization for enterprise-level data sets.
- Configure and customize EDQ processes, rules, match processors, and address verification (Loqate/EDQ Address Verify).
- Integrate EDQ with Oracle and non-Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Siebel, databases, ETL tools).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data governance teams to define data quality rules and KPIs.
Required Prominent Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EDQ (formerly Oracle Data Quality / OEDQ)
- Expert-level proficiency in EDQ Director, Case Management, and EDQ web services
- Strong expertise in data profiling, parsing, standardization, matching (deterministic & probabilistic), and deduplication
- Experience with EDQ Address Verification (Loqate) and real-time/web-service integrations
- Solid SQL/PL-SQL skills and understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience integrating EDQ with Oracle Cloud (OCI), Fusion Applications, or EBS is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team in Houston, TX
