Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Development: Lead the strategic development and enhancement of policy products in alignment with the product vision.
  • Scope & Use Case Definition: Define detailed scope and product change use cases to accelerate delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure product alignment with customer and internal needs.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Establish product vision, prioritize initiatives, and maximize value for customers and internal users. Develop and maintain a technical strategy and roadmap for assigned products.
  • Requirements & Analysis: Document Product Change Requirements (scope & use cases) and conduct Stakeholder Analysis at product and change levels.
  • Problem Definition & Solutioning: Guide business teams in defining clear problem statements, value propositions, scope, and impact analysis for product changes.
  • Elicitation & Issue Resolution: Participate in requirement sessions, identify roadblocks, and resolve issues.
  • Testing Support: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track test script progress, troubleshoot issues, and report results.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with Change Management to ensure smooth product releases.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain real-time Product Status Reports, documenting successes, challenges, and upcoming changes.
  • Resource Planning: Conduct product change readiness assessments to identify resource constraints.
  • Release Management: Hold monthly checkpoints with business teams to ensure UAT, defect resolution, and change management activities are on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with EPMO, Digital Experience, Vendors, IT Development, and QA teams.
  • Leadership: Mentor and train junior staff as Product Specialists.
  • Outcome: Deliver high-impact policy products through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and efficient execution.
