Job Details

Baer is looking for UKG AutoTime Consultant for a 6+ month Federal remote project.
Title: UKG AutoTime Consultant
Location: Remote with occasional travel for workshops, or go-live support (travel expenses paid)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:

  • Lead or assist in migrating from Kronos WFC to UKG AutoTime, including requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing.
  • Configure AutoTime modules (labor distribution, TTA, job/task booking, payroll/ERP integration).
  • Develop and execute data migration plans mapping, cleansing, and validating employee, time, and cost data.
  • Integrate AutoTime with ERP and HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Deltek Costpoint.
  • Support testing and validation (unit, integration, UAT, parallel runs).
  • Provide training and documentation to client staff.
  • Ensure compliance with DOE Orders, DCAA, NIST RMF, and cost accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Active DOE Q clearance (required) only current Q-cleared candidates will be considered.
  • 5+ years in timekeeping or workforce management systems; 2+ years with UKG AutoTime.
  • Proven experience migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
  • Strong knowledge of labor cost accounting, TTA, DCAA, and FAR compliance.
  • Integration experience with ERP/HR/payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Deltek Costpoint).
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data validation.
  • Experience working with federal or DOE clients in secure environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (expenses paid).
  • Experience with Kronos Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM.
  • Familiarity with DOE O 205.1B, DOE O 472.2, and NIST SP 800-53 standards.
  • Background supporting DOE, defense, or nuclear contractors.
  • Prior involvement in timekeeping modernization or system migration projects in cleared environments.
