What you ll do:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other outreach channels.
- Generate meetings and follow-up calls for senior sales leaders to progress qualified opportunities.
- Execute tailored email and outreach campaigns to targeted accounts.
- Support Sales Director in pipeline development and opportunity nurturing.
- Research key accounts and contacts to support customized pitch development.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate activity and opportunity details.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients as required.
- Meet or exceed sales activity goals and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development in IT services or SaaS.
- Experience working with clients in the North America region is a must.
- Prior experience with SAP (Order-to-Cash, ERP, or BRIM) is highly preferred.
- Proven understanding of enterprise IT sales, B2B service positioning, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
