Job Description
- SAP Transportation Management (TM) Developer
- Engagement: Contract/ Consulting
- Duration: Multi-year program with potential extensions
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Developer to support ongoing TM solution rollout and optimization efforts in a large-scale global supply chain environment. The role will involve custom development, integration, and performance tuning within SAP TM.
- Develop custom solutions, enhancements, and interfaces for SAP TM
- Implement complex business logic in transportation planning, execution, and settlement
- Support integration between TM, EWM, and S/4 core
- Work closely with the TM Architect to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
- Conduct technical analysis, solution prototyping, and testing
- Optimize system performance and stability
- Document technical designs and follow SAP development best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP development experience with 5+ years focused on SAP TM development
- Strong proficiency in ABAP, BRF+, BOPF, and TM-specific development objects
- Experience with TM-EWM and TM-S/4HANA integration
- Familiarity with multi-modal transportation business processes
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
