Job Description

• SAP Transportation Management (TM) Developer
• Engagement: Contract/ Consulting
• Duration: Multi-year program with potential extensions

Role Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Developer to support ongoing TM solution rollout and optimization efforts in a large-scale global supply chain environment. The role will involve custom development, integration, and performance tuning within SAP TM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom solutions, enhancements, and interfaces for SAP TM
• Implement complex business logic in transportation planning, execution, and settlement
• Support integration between TM, EWM, and S/4 core
• Work closely with the TM Architect to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
• Conduct technical analysis, solution prototyping, and testing
• Optimize system performance and stability
• Document technical designs and follow SAP development best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP development experience with 5+ years focused on SAP TM development
• Strong proficiency in ABAP, BRF+, BOPF, and TM-specific development objects
• Experience with TM-EWM and TM-S/4HANA integration
• Familiarity with multi-modal transportation business processes
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
