Information Technology Senior Manager

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Senior Manager to join the team in Everett, WA.

Step into a pivotal role where you will manage a critical program aimed at enhancing our cybersecurity capabilities and minimizing risk within the company! As the Information Technology Senior Manager, you will lead a dedicated team overseeing 8 workstreams and more than 30 projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our commitments.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leaders, and prepare communications for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Your key responsibilities will also include managing the program budget, navigating workstream dependencies, and effectively addressing risk and issues.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and first-level managers

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and presenting to convey complex information to global audiences
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in cybersecurity

Summary pay range: $161,500 - $218,500
