- We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to align business needs with innovative ServiceNow capabilities
- 8 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect
- Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, REST, and SOAP
- Ability to design and lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Experience with domain separation, flow designer, and platform security
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance tuning
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- You will architect and implement key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CMDB, as well as guide best practices in domain separation, integrations, and performance optimization
- As a technical leader, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into solution architectures, and support a wide range of projects with hands-on development
