Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Trenton, NJ, as a Contract to Hire Developer.
This position involves designing and customizing applications within a popular CRM platform, integrating with external systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Experience with various programming languages and tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Design and customize applications within a CRM platform.
Configure workflows, integrations, and forms to meet business needs.
Develop custom solutions using various programming languages.
Integrate CRM systems with external systems using APIs.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of applications.

Qualifications
Hands-on experience with CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks.
Experience with automation and cloud services.
Familiarity with databases and integration patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
