Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated AIML Customer Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to analyze complex customer behavior patterns. By leveraging AIML algorithms, you will uncover actionable insights to drive business decisions, enhance customer experiences, and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AIML models to analyze and interpret large volumes of customer data.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into AIML solutions.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to forecast future customer behavior and trends.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant attributes to enable targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.
  • Perform sentiment analysis on customer feedback and social media interactions to gauge customer satisfaction and sentiment.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AIML technologies and methodologies, applying them to enhance customer behavior analysis capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying AIML techniques to solve complex business problems, preferably in the area of customer behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience using AIML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AIML solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
