Current Need:

McKesson Pharmacy Systems and Supplylogix are a combined software company delivering practical workflow and supply chain intelligence solutions for pharmacies and related businesses. As a nimble business unit within a larger corporation, we combine the stability of a strong foundation with the agility to innovate rapidly. Our mission is to build impactful products that simplify the practice of pharmacy and improve patient satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with an operations mindset to work with our delivery team in bringing value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery and support of new and current with a keen sense for making things fast and efficient.
• Own the operations processes and supporting activities for the delivery team.
• Assist with completion of security and monitoring activities; SOC 2, observability
• Help our clients and the account management team solve tough problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for clients
• Create reporting for internal and external delivery
• Provides detailed analysis for the largest, most complex opportunities
• Works on extremely challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors (e.g., new software/programs not used previously, influences decisions made on technologies and frameworks

Minimum Requirement:

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.

Critical Skills:

• 10+ years' experience in support, research, reporting and analysis in a modern development environment.
• Experience with SQL and capability to develop in the C#, ASP.NET MVC frameworks for development support needs.
• Deep understanding of distributed software systems.
• Passion for learning the latest technologies with a track record of constantly expanding your expertise.
• Desire and ability to make entrepreneurial decisions. We're looking for creative thinkers who enjoy being a part of the solution.
• Healthcare or pharmacy domain experience is a plus
• Travel up to 20%.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $127,200 - $212,000
