Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on SharePoint Lead to drive the continued development, standardization, and optimization of SharePoint across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and design skills to deliver modern, intuitive, and business-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing development and standardization of SharePoint across all business units.
  • Manage all SharePoint improvement initiatives and coordinate efforts across IT and business stakeholders.
  • Gather and translate requirements from non-technical users into actionable solutions.
  • Design and build modern, visually appealing SharePoint sites aligned with corporate branding, in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
  • Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Configure and manage lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Monitor system performance, storage, and access controls to maintain SharePoint health and compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, governance, and processes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement SharePoint best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint administration and design experience.
  • Proven experience designing and improving SharePoint sites and user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and security/permissions models.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with quick turnaround and visible results.
