Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP FS-RI and FS-CD modules according to business and design requirements.

  • Perform gap analysis, data analysis, testing, and reconciliation across multiple integration points.

  • Support production users, troubleshoot issues, and provide enhancement solutions.

  • Develop and execute complex test scripts, coordinate test data creation, and support migration loads.

  • Document functional/technical requirements, architecture, and process standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within FS-RI and reinsurance processes.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

  • Provide post-implementation support, transition planning, and continuous enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in business/technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of SAP Finance techno-functional experience.

  • 1 3+ years hands-on SAP FS-RI and FS-CD configuration experience (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts (treaties, company codes, ledgers, coding blocks, profit centers, currencies, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and financial transactional flows.

  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and consultative skills.

  • Experience providing production support, troubleshooting, and solution design.

  • Familiarity with Agile practices (backlog tracking, sprint delivery, collaboration in Scrum teams).

  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred.
