Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end performance and load testing strategies for Axiom, HRP, and Guiding Care applications.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Create automated performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Python.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, high-performing systems.
- Manage and track test cases, test results, and defects using JIRA.
- Deliver detailed performance analysis reports and dashboards for business and technical stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience leading performance testing in healthcare payer or clinical systems environments.
- Proficient with:
- LoadRunner, JMeter for test execution
- Dynatrace, Splunk for monitoring and log analysis
- Python for test automation
- JIRA for defect and test management
- Deep understanding of transaction flows within payer systems such as Axiom, HealthRules Payor, and Guiding Care.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate findings clearly across teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
