Job Details
Position : Senior DevOps Engineer
Location : St louis MO
Duration : Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Develop custom Groovy scripts for Jenkins jobs and pipeline optimization.
Manage and configure cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Work with Bitbucket for version control and code integration.
Create and maintain automation scripts to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance and stability.
Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
Act as an individual contributor, owning tasks and delivering with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins (Pipeline as Code, scripted and declarative pipelines).
Proficient in Groovy scripting for Jenkins automation.
Basic to intermediate experience in working with Cloud Controllers and cloud-native services.
Sound knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
Experience with Git/Bitbucket for version control and source code management.
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools is a plus.
Familiarity with security and compliance in a cloud-based environment
