Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner with 12+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, and cloud technologies, including Cloud FinOps. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, combined with product ownership experience, to guide agile product development, manage stakeholder collaboration, and align cloud platform usage with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management to understand product direction and scope.
• Track project performance, ensuring completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain expertise in cloud platform usage, billing files, and cost optimization.
• Oversee internal and external professional documentation.
• Assist with proof-of-concept work to scope development efforts.
• Incorporate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers into product cycles as user stories and epics.
• Work with engineering leads and Scrum Masters to define feature scope, requirements, and details.
• Support engineering teams with documentation, diagrams, and technical resources.
• Collaborate with analysts to provide data inputs and output models for development efforts.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) when necessary.
• Ensure completion of acceptance criteria, especially those requiring in-depth analysis.
• Track capacity, velocity, and skills of the development team, making adjustments to the roadmap as needed.
• Align teams regarding release dates, feature value, and requirements.
• Prioritize agile teamwork efforts to meet strategic business objectives.
• Answer questions from development teams, clarifying requirements.
• Encourage innovation and continuous process improvements.
• Provide briefings and training to sales teams and customer-facing colleagues.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, product ownership, or DevOps engineering.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner, managing agile product delivery.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or DevOps engineering.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of product life cycle management and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Expertise in cloud technologies and Cloud FinOps.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in English and Hebrew.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Certification in one or more hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
