Job Description:

  • Seeking an experienced IVR Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in IVR technologies, specifically AVAYA (Nuance preferred).
  • Mandatory extensive experience in Java development and proficiency with the Orchestrator Designer Tool.
  • Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux administration and strong database skills (Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres) including complex query writing.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Bitbucket, Eclipse, Jenkins, and Jira.
  • Responsible for end-to-end IVR solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex IVR system issues efficiently.
  • Experience in Requirement, Design, and Code Reviews to ensure high-quality and robust IVR applications.
