Job Title: Google Cloud CCAI Presales Architect

Duration : Fulltime

Job Summary: As a Google Cloud CCAI Presales Architect, you will be responsible for helping businesses transform their customer engagement strategies. We are seeking a CCAI Presales Architect to join our team of experts and support our clients in designing and implementing cutting-edge contact center solutions.

You will be responsible for working closely with our sales and solutions teams to design and present tailored contact center solutions to prospective clients. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement.

The role needs a techno functional visionary leader with strategic thinking. Someone with startup mindset and attitude, who is a great motivator, brings people together and synergize them to achieve exponential growth. And someone who can build relationships with account teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their technical and business requirements.
  • Work with customers to understand their contact center challenges and goals
  • Design and develop solutions that address customer needs using CCaaS
  • Develop and present customized demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that showcase the capabilities of Google CCAI and it they can be leveraged to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, including responding to technical inquiries, conducting technical assessments, and developing technical proposals.
  • Work with sales team to close deals
  • Work with customers to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful adoption of Google CCAI and conversational AI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CCaaS technology and trends
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledge and expertise and network with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, strategy formation and execution, understanding and navigating across business units and technical practices to shape and coordinate various team inputs for proposals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center technical presales, solution architecture, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting CCaaS solutions, such as Google CCAI, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, Genesys Cloud, or Khoros.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center technologies, including IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integration, chatbots, natural language processing, RPA, and reporting/analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google CCAI or conversational AI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Google Cloud certification, such as the Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, is strongly preferred.
