What You Will Do:
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Enterprise Technologies Test Automation team. Ensures the functional correctness and performance capabilities of the Credit Union s software, in order to provide the highest quality software products to both external and internal customers. Develops the overall Test Automation plan, its dependencies, organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of quality products. Defines and implements all test automation strategies, procedures, and methodologies in accordance with current industry standards and best practices to increase / improve test execution abilities to reduce manual testing and demonstrate the value of Test Automation; across multiple software applications and initiatives. Test strategies shall be extensible, scalable, maintainable, and reusable to maximize test coverage. Create, document, and review test plans; as well as establish appropriate metrics and tracking for all initiatives that incorporate test automation. Participates in reviews of requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project related documentation in order to appropriately guide, if needed, potential modifications to existing automated test scripts. Provides strategic direction the Test Automation Team and support in implementing solutions that provide testing efficiencies and methodologies that complement manual testing. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization s Values.
What We Require:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Business-related field. Minimum of ten (10) years of software quality assurance experience in a large financial institution environment or comparable experience. Minimum of five (5) years of software quality assurance or development teams supervisory experience. Experience with test management and automated testing tools such as, but not limited to, TFS, Microsfot Test Hub, Quality Center/ALM, QTP/UFT, Selenium Web Driver, and Visual Studio. ISTQB Software Testing Certification - Foundation level (at minimum) or similar certification. Experience and knowledge and understanding of data analysis and validation. Documented experience leading manual and automated application testing exhibiting a thorough understanding of the application development lifecycle.
Proven experience in participating in projects and ability to work without supervision. Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of performance testing. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Able to lead a team, work well within a team, and communicate professionally with other project leads.

Track record of learning and embracing new technologies, techniques, and processes. Documented experience leading a software automation team. Advanced understanding of structured application development methodology and principals. Advanced understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production environments.
