RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a prestigious healthcare organization located in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Workday Administrator (Security) to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations and access protocols across Workday. This strategic role plays a key part in safeguarding sensitive data, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities include:

* User Access Management

* Policy & Documentation
* You will work cross-functionally with talented teams to align security configurations with business goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Four or more years of related Workday administration experience
* Demonstrated Workday security administration skills
* Knowledge of Workday security frameworks (roles, domains, business process policies) across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Time
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
* Knowledge of security auditing, risk management, and design definition
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
