Job Description:
- The Senior UX Program Manager will lead and support user experience research initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- This role involves planning and executing end-to-end research studies, analyzing findings, translating them into strategic insights, and supporting the design process through workshops, storytelling, and continuous user engagement.
- Ability to understand requirements at early and ambiguous stages and define research goals.
- Ability to plan and execute generative and evaluative user experience research activities.
- Ability to analyze competitive landscapes, stakeholder ecosystems, market forces, and industry trends.
- Ability to identify appropriate research methods and conduct primary and secondary qualitative research.
- Ability to write discussion guides, conduct interviews, and apply diverse research methods.
- Ability to analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to provide strategic perspectives for front-end innovation projects.
- Strong communication skills to present research strategies, methodologies, and insights.
- Ability to collaborate with designers to co-create innovative solutions.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, work sessions, and presentations.
- Ability to create compelling research storytelling throughout the design process.
- Ability to keep teams focused on user needs throughout all stages of design.
- 1 3 years of qualitative design research experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varied projects.
- Experience driving tangible outcomes in a qualitative design capacity.
- Experience in usability testing, heuristic evaluation, task analysis, surveys, persona creation, journey mapping, and field research.
- Experience with usability studies, contextual inquiry, survey methods, and co-creation workshops.
- Experience using AI tools in the research process.
- Understand requirements in early and ambiguous phases and define research goals.
- Plan and execute generative and evaluative user research studies.
- Perform analysis of competitive landscapes and industry trends.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and other qualitative research methods.
- Translate insights into frameworks, recommendations, and strategic design opportunities.
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops and assist with design and client presentations.
- Maintain research storytelling throughout the design process to keep teams aligned with user needs.
- A portfolio highlighting research work, contributions, and learnings.
- Strong understanding of research methods and usability techniques.
- Ability to design surveys, write discussion guides, and analyze data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research tools.
- Ability to apply research methods appropriately during product development.
- Master s or Bachelor s degree in psychology, behavioural science, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or related design discipline.
