Title: Mobile App Tester

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)


Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app testing with a strong focus on Appium, including designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks for Android and iOS.

? Hands-on experience in web application automation using Selenium, with the ability to guide and review automation implementations.

? Strong practical knowledge of API testing using Postman, including scripting, validation, and integrating tests within CI/CD workflows.


We are looking for Mobile App Tester with below experience.

Skills & Experience

? Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. ? Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app testing with a strong focus on Appium, including designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks for Android and iOS.

? Hands-on experience in web application automation using Selenium, with the ability to guide and review automation implementations.

? Strong practical knowledge of API testing using Postman, including scripting, validation, and integrating tests within CI/CD workflows.

? Extensive understanding of manual and automation testing processes across enterprise-level applications. ? Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with defect-tracking and test management tools

? Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams, assign tasks, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables. ? Experience acting as the go-to person for all QA-related queries, offering technical guidance, resolving blockers, and representing QA in cross-functional meetings.

? Ability to define and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation standards while ensuring adherence to best practices.

? Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

? Experience with programming/scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus. Job Responsibilities:

? Lead the QA team across mobile, web, and API testing initiatives, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely delivery.

? Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile automation frameworks using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms.

? Oversee and guide automation efforts for web applications using Selenium, ensuring best practices and maintainability.

? Own and execute API testing strategies using Postman, including scripting, validation, and integration with automation pipelines.

? Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related discussions, clarifications, and technical decisions.

? Conduct test planning, estimation, risk assessment, and create detailed test strategies and test plans.

? Perform reviews of test cases, automation code, and test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

? Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, automation coverage, and team capabilities.

? Track, manage, and report defects, providing clear communication on quality status and risk areas to stakeholders.

? Promote a quality-first mindset across teams and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Callouts:1.This is a lead QA role from day one and minimum bachelor's degree is required 2.Resource should report to office 3-4 days a week3.This is a Plano, TX based position and local candidates highly preferred.
