TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Information Security Business Continuity Lead. This is a direct hire with our premier client located in Rosemont, IL.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a robust Security Governance team where you'll lead and enhance a mature Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program, collaborate across business units, and influence enterprise-wide resilience efforts.

Senior Business Continuity Professionals within the financial services industry with strong knowledge of FFIEC, NIST and COBIT frameworks, who thrive in collaborative, structured environments.
What You Bring to the Role Ideal Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Business Continuity experience in a large-scale US enterprise.
• Strong expertise in Business Continuity Management practices within US banking or financial enterprise organizations.
• Deep familiarity and experience in performing Information Technology and Information Security Risk Assessments.
• Experienced working with regulatory and security frameworks and guidelines including but not limited to NIST, FFIEC Guidelines, and COBIT.

What You'll Do Skills Used in this Position
As the BCM Program Lead, you'll work closely with the Governance and Oversight leadership to drive and support business continuity efforts across the enterprise.

• Lead in planning, coordination, and facilitation of enterprise BCM activities.
• Assign and manage Information Security (IS) resources to support BCM program goals.
• Advise internal stakeholders on BCM concepts and strategy, aligned to FFIEC and related standards.
• Coordinate and improve enterprise-level Business Continuity Policy.
• Support departments with the development and maintenance of key BCM documents including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Recovery Workflows (RW).
• Facilitate and track BCM testing and exercises (Tabletop, Functional, Call Tree).
• Develop and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), enterprise-level BCM metrics, and oversight reporting (e.g., Pandemic Risk Assessment).
• Support automated program tools and technologies (e.g., BCS, Resolver).
• Establish and maintain documented procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the program.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected base salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for full comprehensive employee benefits.
