Description
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who excels in providing both virtual and onsite technical support to users, addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for both onsite and virtual environments, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Apple iOS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Manage service desk tickets, documenting all actions taken and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, including diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Utilize Active Directory for user account management and system configurations.
Address network connectivity issues through basic network troubleshooting techniques.
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and clear communication.
Support senior desktop operations, including complex system configurations and software installations.
Collaborate with team members to improve helpdesk processes and implement best practices.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions to streamline future support efforts.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Proficiency in Mac OS, Mac OS X, and Apple iOS systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Active Directory.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience managing service desk tickets and adhering to established workflows.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and desktop support operations.
