Job Description

Join our IT team as a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer; designing, implementing, and optimizing services and solutions related to the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. In this hands-on technical lead role, you will lead major projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of M365 services. Your expertise in system architecture, advanced tools, and key Microsoft stack services (Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Entra, M365 Security, etc.) will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365-governance, reliability, performance, licensing, capacity, and health service. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
  • Modernize endpoint management with Intune/Autopilot; enforce security baselines, compliance, conditional access, and device lifecycle standards.
  • Secure collaboration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive using Microsoft stack security platforms including Purview, Entra Conditional Access and Defender.
  • Leverage Power Automate, PowerShell and Copilot to drive automation and AI initiatives
  • Establish and champion M365 governance, creating standards, runbooks and best-practice documentation.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications are preferred (Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate).
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or collaboration technologies, with 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365.
  • Proven leadership in managing enterprise-scale M365 environments.
  • Deep expertise in Intune, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and M365 Security.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Copilot and PowerShell is a plus.
