Seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to backfill, focused on building and managing processes for parts request and availability. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be experienced in Kanban-style process creation and form/workflow development
  • Have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Know how to build and maintain dashboards that reflect real-time part availability and lead meetings using those insights
  • Be capable of understanding both the data structure and business context, translating that into meaningful reporting
  • Develop automated workflows that support planners-e.g., surfacing top five priorities, prompting user input, and tracking status

The GSLO Digital Enablement Business Operations Program Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective running of GSLO Digital Enablement programs with a focus on great delivery. To do this, the program manager should have great skills in effective program setup, program tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, and quality assurance. This role involves not only using existing processes to drive programs, but also creating new processes and frameworks for program management. With this in mind, an understanding of the principles of Portfolio and Program Management, Scaled Agile (SAFe) and other appropriate methodologies and processes is vital. The primary responsibilities of the role are:

  • Analyze program plans and schedules working closely with teams across GSLO
  • Manage complex programs related to the GSLO Digital Enablement Business Operations, its Agile/SAFe methodology, and other program types
  • Conduct program reviews and provide/present accurate program status and progress reports to Program Teams and Senior Management.
  • Perform overall program-level planning and lead program execution of interdependent programs
  • Drive effective and accurate status reporting
  • Identify critical stakeholders and required engagement model
