Job Details

Seeking an IT infrastructure analyst for onsite long time contract opportunity in Springfield MO.

Location:100% Onsite, Springfield MO

Location address: 3211 E CHESTNUT EXPY, 01R0M100, Springfield MO

Hours: 8-5 (Typical 40 hours)

Interviews: 1 round, small panel. Teams or Phone Call.

Drug screen required .

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers

Provide Standard and Local Software Support Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB

Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment

Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support

Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities

Skills:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.

Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.

Qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology.

Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription

Cisco VOIP support experience for phones

Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills

Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience

Education:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
