Your role in our mission

• Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
• Have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.
• Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience in SAFe and Agile methodology
• Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer guiding Agile teams in providing effective solutions for end-users, particularly in software development projects.
• Experience handling conflict situations, Interpersonal skills, problem solving and collaboration.
• Experience working in Software Development environments managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certified

• Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - 140,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
