Job Role : Data Analyst

Job Roles/Responsibilities:
- Data Management:Assist in data architecture, design, modeling, implementation, and maintenance of solutions in the clinical data ecosystem.
- Collaboration:Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization:Ensure data integrity and alignment with industry standards.
- Modeling:Contribute to the design and development of dimensional data models, supporting business intelligence and reporting.
- ETL Processes:Assist in interpreting and writing source-to-target mappings (ETL transformation rules) for ETL development.
- Governance:Support metadata and data governance processes.
- Communication:Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and SQL.
- Experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with DB2, ETL tools (Ab Initio), and reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau).
- Understanding of data architecture and design.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
