100% REMOTE FROM WITHIN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN
IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is seeking a Business-Systems Analyst to participate in client s Data Management Program.

NOTE: Candidates must be a current WI resident. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED. This position can work 100% remote within the state of WI.
Location: REMOTE from within the State of WI
Contract: 1 year
Skills Required:
- 5 years - SQL experience
- 5 years - Experience developing complex SQL
- 5 years - Experience serving as a liaison between the business and technical staff to design and implement efficient data integration processes.
- 5 years - Experience creating and maintaining source to target (S2T) documentation
- 5 years - Experience with gathering requirements and developing user stories
- 5 years - Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- 5 years - Experience performing root cause analysis for systems and perform data analysis with complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- 2 years - Experience planning and executing rigorous testing procedures to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability. Perform data reconciliation and analysis of results. Conduct user acceptance testing and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or defects
- Bachelor s Degree (Please include on Resume)
Skills Desired A plus to have:
- Performing gap analysis and cost benefit analysis
- Mentoring and training users on business and systems analysis methodology
- Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
- Experience with business intelligence platforms
- Experience with data governance including security and privacy policies
- Experience eliciting and refining requirements for dashboards
- Experience / strong understanding of different types of data models
- Experience creating comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

- Alteryx / Squirrel / Tableau / Semarchy experience
