Our direct premium customer, a global Fortune 500 company & a leader in the Food Services industry is looking for Scrum Masters to lead, facilitate, and motivate the Scrum Teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile products that provide exceptional business value to users.
About Role:
Client is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple development teams through our SAFe Agile journey. This initiative aims to enhance our agile practices, and they are looking for a talented Scrum Master the team.
The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing frameworks to align our teams towards a common methodology and processes.
This position involves partnering closely with several cross-functional and technical teams to achieve the goal of building, enhancing, and sustaining technology solutions that bring immense value to the business functions.
Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for agile practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
- Proven track record of guiding organizations through SAFe Agile transformations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in configuring Microsoft ADO.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on SAFe Agile principles and practices.
- Support the organization in its SAFe Agile journey by providing training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team adheres to SAFe Agile practices and principles.
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align Compass best practices and drive consistency across teams.
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress, using metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team and with stakeholders.
- Setting up ADO boards, reports etc.
