Responsibilities
 
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the CTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving Oaktree's enterprise-wide architecture vision across applications, data, cloud, and security.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud architecture, data and AI, and security and compliance. They will be able to partner with business leaders to align architecture with corporate strategy, drive cloud adoption, and embed AI/GenAI into enterprise platforms.

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the CTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving Oaktree's enterprise-wide architecture vision across applications, data, cloud, and security.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud architecture, data and AI, and security and compliance. They will be able to partner with business leaders to align architecture with corporate strategy, drive cloud adoption, and embed AI/GenAI into enterprise platforms.
- We are looking for a hands-on senior leader who will oversee the functions of 3 teams: Tech Architecture, Automation (RPA and Agentic AI), and Integrations (service layer, data fabric)
- Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision that balances business growth, operational efficiency, and AI-driven innovation
- Map out business workflows and technology support to identify areas for improvement
- Drive cloud adoption and modernize the technology landscape through decoupled/microservices architectures and event-driven patterns
- Embed AI/GenAI into enterprise platforms to drive intelligent workflows and data enrichment
- Establish architectural standards and guardrails to ensure consistency, scalability, and resilience
- Partner with business/product leadership to align architecture roadmaps with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Data Org to drive data platform evolution and ensure data is trusted, discoverable, and AI/ML ready
- Work with security org to ensure security and compliance by design
- Mentor and influence engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to cultivate an "architecture as an enabler" culture
- Manage architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Develop and manage budget and resource plans for the Enterprise Architecture team
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on cloud architecture, data and AI, and security and compliance
- Deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture frameworks, with ability to tailor for agility and speed
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath and Agentic AI tools such as N8N, LangFlow/LangGraph
- Cloud architecture mastery across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, covering IaaS/PaaS, container orchestration, serverless, and hybrid models
- Strong data and AI background, with knowledge of modern data architectures and AI/ML pipelines
- Proficiency in integration patterns, including API gateways, event streaming, and iPaaS
- Security and compliance fluency, with knowledge of identity management, zero trust architectures, and regulatory frameworks
- Enterprise SaaS and ecosystem understanding, with experience stitching together a unified architecture
- Hands-on technical credibility, with ability to read code, evaluate design tradeoffs, and partner effectively with engineers
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence executive stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL Database, Azure Fabric, and Azure Lakehouse
