Job Details

Infrastructure & Security Lead

  • Leads and delivers enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services, aligning technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.

  • Develops and enforces best practices for secure, scalable infrastructure covering cloud (Azure/AWS), on-prem systems, Cisco/Meraki networks, and data centers.

  • Oversees disaster recovery, business continuity, identity and access management, and security governance across the organization.

  • Manages vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and drives long-term infrastructure strategy through a defined technology roadmap.

  • Builds, mentors, and manages a high-performing team of infrastructure and security professionals, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage daily infrastructure and security operations, including monitoring and maintaining Cisco/Meraki network devices, servers, and storage systems.

  • Administer and secure Azure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents; manage tools such as antivirus, EDR, encryption, and Cisco/Meraki-based firewall and access controls.

  • Lead user training, compliance audits, and ongoing enforcement of security policies and IT governance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize infrastructure projects, oversee upgrades, manage user access, and ensure reliable network performance.
