Job Details
Qualifications & Primary Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial or institutional construction preferred
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
- Track RFI and submittal logs; support procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with field and office teams
- Help manage cost tracking, change orders, and progress reports
- Uphold safety, quality, and schedule goals on every project
