Job Description:
Excellent Leadership Skills with more the 15 years of experience in IT.
Proven Architectural exposure in building and scaling eCommerce Application with an expertise in Backend and FrontEnd Technologies
Work closely with product managers, architects , and backend teams to define and deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes.
Own and manage the technical direction of client roadmap items, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
Experience in technologies like Shopify, NextJS , React , GraphQL. API Development
Experience in leading programming language like Java.
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Proficient in database systems such as RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise.
Optimize web performance across multiple devices and browsers, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
Willing to adapt to changes and support team members collaboratively dealing with disagreements constructively
Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites.
Good to have some experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
