Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions using LWC
• Incorporate best practices into design and development tasks
• Plan and execute Integration Testing to ensure the functionality of developed components
• Utilize Copado for automated testing and CI/CD pipeline management
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Collaborate with the PO to finalize user story details to ensure readiness for development
• Oversee code quality through code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
• Assign and manage tasks for the development team
• Mentor developers and ensure compliance with best practices for development and testing
• Align with stakeholders to address and prioritize requirements

Requirements

• Ability to work 3 days per week from the office in Malvern PA, Carrollton, TX or Charlotte, NC
• Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development with hands-on experience
• Proven experience in Code Review and Solution Design, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes
• Proficiency with Copado Test Automation, DevOps Tool for streamlined testing and deployment processes
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and add technical notes to user stories for clear communication
• Expertise in implementing best practices in design and development to guide and manage the development team effectively
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to define and finalize story details before development begins
• Plan and actively participate in Integration Testing, ensuring seamless functionality across components
• Salesforce Architect certifications required
