Job Details

Title: Systems Engineer ( Outlook Support)

This individual would primarily support Microsoft Outlook and assist with tasks related to our Hybrid Exchange environment. They would work incidents reported by our 90K+ staff members, often Classic, New Outlook and Outlook on the Web configurations. They engage with our Exchange administrators to troubleshoot mail flow.

We re seeking a specialist to provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft Outlook and assist Exchange admins with email flow troubleshooting. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving client-side, optimizing client configurations, and guiding end-users on best practices for our 90k+ staff members. Familiarity with basic PowerShell scripting and modern workplace automation is a plus for streamlining repetitive tasks and improving ticket-resolution time. Excellent communication skills and proven experience in enterprise M365 environments are a must.

Education:

A Bachelor s degree and training/experience in IT technology; OR an Associate degree plus 3 years of demonstrated technical experience. A high school diploma and 5 years of demonstrated IT technical experience at a large complex organization like Mayo may be considered in lieu of the degree.
