Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, or related role.
• Strong expertise with Windows 10/11, group policies, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and/or SCCM.
• Experience with imaging tools (MDT, Autopilot, WDS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (EDR, antivirus, disk encryption, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex desktop issues quickly and efficiently.
