Job Title: Business Analyst/ Business Process Consultant with ServiceNow
Location: Harrisburg, PA - (Mostly Remote, 1 week per month travel required to Harrisburg, PA).
Duration: Long Term
Must be 8-10 years Experience.
Remote. Candidates Must work EST time. Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference.
Role: Business Analyst/ Business Process Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Lead show backs and design sessions to understand business needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and recommending ServiceNow capabilities to optimize performance.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth solution delivery.
Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and ATF test cases.
Support testing and change management activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
Provide subject matter expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM and PPM
Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and new releases to advise clients on potential enhancements.
Strong experience in data analysis and performance analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including understanding of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM and PPM
Proven experience in business process modeling and workflow design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
