Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with strong experience in Database/Data Warehouse (DWH) testing and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of QA experience, proven expertise in Snowflake and DWH testing, and prior leadership experience managing QA teams. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for Database (DB) and Data Warehouse (Snowflake/DWH) testing.
• Design and implement automation test frameworks and ensure high-quality coverage.
• Conduct concurrent user testing, performance testing, and load testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and coordinate team deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA processes, and best practices.
• Report test results, defects, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Database Testing (Snowflake, DWH, SQL, ETL testing).
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java, or equivalent).
• Experience in Performance and Concurrent User Testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
