Location : Jefferson City, MO - Onsite
3 Months Contract

1. Process invoices and purchases
2. Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Assist DHSS staff with questions or concerns related to Health Financial Services processes and issues.
4. Review payment documents for accuracy and compliance, including the review of paper documentation prior to approving payments in the statewide financial system.
5. Resolve payment discrepancies, including communication with customers, divisions, vendors, etc., to ensure payments are processed accurately.
6. Provide assistance to DHSS employees and vendors as needed, including guiding them through the correct payment process to ensure proper documentation is submitted for processing.
