- Is looking for a Collections specialist
About Our Client
Leading industrial tech company based in Mount Prospect, IL. This role is 5 days per week in office, and offers a chance for someone with prior collections/AR experience to assist the department of a stable company in the area.
Job Description
This role will involve:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure account issues are resolved promptly.

- Prior collections or Accounts Receivable experience
- Ability to commute 5 days on-site to Mount Prospect, IL
