Location: CT-Stamford, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business/Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
Identify, document, report, and track system issues
Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
Assess impacts to the business through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume)
Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for T-Mobile MVNO project
Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams
Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development
Work with PMO team to ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience
Mobile/Telecomm background
Public speaking skills
Experience handling groups and setting meetings
Visio knowledge
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
