Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is accountable for coordinating cross-functional, multi-phase network implementations, engineering support, and service delivery work. The ideal candidate will manage tasks, gather and facilitate the delivery of requirements, and ensure smooth communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple related and interdependent projects to deliver a desired business outcome, ensuring that scope, time, cost, and quality parameters are met.
  • Plan and coordinate project deliverables across multiple service providers in support of network infrastructure project requirements.
  • Develop and manage network-related tasks within the overall work plan, ensuring the translation of business requirements into technical execution.
  • Manage end-to-end network infrastructure delivery lifecycle, including the collection and translation of business requirements.
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve issues and conflicts within engineering delivery workflows, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Develop, track, report, and manage engineering delivery tasks, maintaining compliance with firm-wide Change Management policies.
  • Interface directly with internal and external customers/suppliers/providers at various levels, including senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field/technical training.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs.
  • Strong project and program management skills with certifications in PMP, ITIL preferred; technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
  • Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures is essential.
  • Strong background in IT service delivery, preferably in financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking).
  • Excellent client interfacing skills, vendor/third-party management, and communication skills across all levels of management.
  • Ability to work varied hours and weekends as needed to successfully interact and communicate on a global level.
  • Proven ability to manage risk, make decisions, and understand the broader impact of those decisions on business results.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; self-starter and self-directed with a focus on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
