Job Description:

We are seeking a Softeon WMS Support Specialist to provide end-to-end techno-functional support for our warehouse management systems across multiple operations. This role demands deep understanding of warehouse processes, WMS functionality, and system integrations to drive smooth logistics execution and business continuity.

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Provide techno-functional support for Softeon WMS across multiple warehouse operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth WMS operations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of support analysts or developers.
  • Analyze and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in support and/or implementation of WMS solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading small teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of order management and fulfilment processes (pick, pack, ship).
  • Familiarity with integration points between WMS and ERP systems. Knowledge of integration to Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with flexible hours.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
